I helped manage this busy, 2 floor, city centre operation for just over 6 years. Managing all aspects of the business. Some of my roles included stock taking, Cellar management, staff rotas, training schedules, service delivery and more. I was the Christmas coordinator for 3 years in a row this was a job in itself, large corporate parties, deposits, pre orders and organising everything internally with the chefs, staff & delivery on the day. I increased revenue year on year and also managed to keep the costs to a minimum.
