No one, alone, can fix anything. But people don’t always know how to collaborate, especially when they’re creating something new. For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector, evaluating programs, creating peer learning experiences, facilitating discussions and supporting thought leaders as they share their knowledge. The work I’ve done in collaboration with many others has created the National Standards for Gift Planning Success, The Journal of Gift Planning and programs on the national and local level to bring planned giving out of its silo and create charitable gifts that have the most impact for donors, their advisors and the organizations they support.
