•Lead and design equipment, structures, sheet metal, layouts/process line, industrial piping, P&I drawings, GD&T using AutoCAD, Auto desk Inventor and Solidworks 2021. •Prepare detailed structural engineering drawings and process layout for tyre retread plants and rubber product manufacturing factories.•Prepare material requirements based on accurate evaluations of customer specifications, terms and conditions, detailed or outline specifications, drawings, sketches, or following verbal instructions.•Strong knowledge in the selection of materials based on its standard grades and specifications and as required by the major classification society or standards, such as ANSI,LR, NORSOK, BS, EN, ISO, API.•Executed retread plant projects for major customers such as Michelin – Brazil, Dangote – Nigeria, USA & UAE clients, etc.•Program & compute calculations like machine element design, structural strength, Dies & Molds function, Operation Cost estimation, etc in software worksheets.•Using GD & T under ASME Y 14-5 M for all designs and measurement aspects.•Reverse engineering and development of heavy machinery like Intermix Banbury MIR44, Refining mills, Hydraulic press, and Pressure vessels like Electric Chamber and Autoclave for rubber processing.•Design and fabricate tire retread machinery, monorails, dust collecting hoppers, storage bins, conveyors and tire repair stations, etc, for tire retread plants.•Design and development of pre-cured tread rubber belts, curing envelopes, Combi tire repair units, and corresponding aluminum matrices molds, and mother dies.•Conducting trials/experiments to find out optimum output & operating conditions, prototyping /testing.•Managing / Supervise the work of Engineers, CAD designers and technicians to ensure the quality standards and design criteria are met•Familiar with design of machine elements such as gears, belts, pulleys, shafts, bearings, wheels, fasteners, mounting brackets, motors, sensor, chassis, structural design
