-Responsible for searching and Screening the candidates on various IT skillsSet as per the job specifications.- Search in various job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.. and through references any sister company.- Screening of resumes and match them according to the Technical requirements.- Speak with the IT consultants/ software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information.-Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.- Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates with subcontracting companies.- Dealing skillfully with US Citizens, Green Card, GC-EAD, and H1B CandidatesWorking experience on tax terms of US Market like C2C, W2 and 1099.Expertise in sourcing, qualifying, screening and interviewing candidates.Expertise in sourcing resumes from job boards and making cold calls.Work well under pressure and deadlines.Computer skills include advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PDF).Organized and responsible team-member.
