Execute all civil work at site Assist management in making strategic decisions during project set up with value engineering for speedy and efficient project completion.Review project plan based on benchmark trends of execution through external partners or internal capabilities and draw contingency/ backup plans by developing alternate strategies in achieving project mile stones. Implement project plan, commence execution and monitor implementation to ensure efficient execution of project as per time, cost, resource management and specifications. Lead smooth and timely commissioning of project through coordination with Project/Site head and other functional heads.Development of project close out report. Technical support for Preparing SOP for all process and it's activities refrence from AGILE and compliance to the same.Ensure adherence to the approved budget for the execution and achievement of mile stones of the project as per completion schedule Proactive relationship management with all stake holders.

Responsible for carrying out the execution of site construction activities and ensuring compliance requirements for: the projectdesign, contract agreements, timeline achievements, economic project objectives, safety, environment and quality; site sustainability and for federal, state and local laws with the support of the site construction team. Coordinate/organize the construction team to supervise the execution of contractor project activities to evaluate construction techniques in terms of quality, safety, timeline schedule and cost efficiencies.Updates and coordinates with the project planner the construction timeline to coincide with the General Time Schedule; notifies project manager of any delays that could affect contract milestones.Partners with health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) site manager to implement and adhere to the safety and health requirements that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Coordinates and performs reporting activities that monitor, track and detail site activities and areas of importance such as cost overruns, deviations in design, permissions, scheduled timeline, and stakeholder issues.Manages the contracts for construction and assembly activities ensuring they meet the contract requirements.Monitors progress of site activities, evaluating tasks to eliminate waste to meetcritical points on the timeline recommends corrective actions to ensure the projectremains within the critical path.Implements and adheres to the Quality Control Plan related to construction activitieswith the support of the discipline site supervisors and the operational excellenceengineer.Provides monthly records of expended costs of all measurement unit price contractsevaluating quantities of materiel and services used on site; and provides a costforecast to completion of the project.Manages the Non-Conformity process during construction activities.
