Project : Pakistan Housing Authority Quetta Kuchlak. Responsibilites. a) Site inspection, inspection and installation of switchgear ( Designed for feeding 1460 houses ) approval of the electrical items. b) Review the design drawings and executing the electrical work as per drawings. b) Reviewing Scope of work, Contract documents, Specifications and drawings. b) Responsible for preparing Daily & Weekly Site Visit Reports .b) Responsible for assisting the Contractor for the improvement of Sites. b) Responsible for writing contractual Letters and Reports to ensure that all Site works must be done according to all applicable quality Standards. b) Responsible for Monitoring for the safety issues according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. b) Responsible for maintaining of documentation and official Records.

Electrical Engineer having 10 years of experience with Government, in different types of Projects i-e Industrial works Infra-Structure, Town Planning and Building Projects including all jobs pertaining to Electrical, Mechanical, Water supply and Sewerage System. Access the impact and feasibility of Site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to completion of Project. Study and access drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to all types of construction of Project. Able to manage several Project Sites. Able to execute Project plan / activities properly and in a timely manner. Able to prepare Project daily & weekly progress report, Manpower forecast, Material requirement etc. Able to manage all site activities with Site Manager, Monitoring and inspection of on- Site E/M materials and installation. Able to attend all project Site meetings with contractor’s management to match targeted schedule and resolve Site issues. Able to communicate and coordinate with Contractor, Sub- Contractor and authorities. Maintaining log book, Issuance of Site Instructions and reported to Site Manager. To ensure contractor’s works are constructed as per contract, in accordance with standards, applicable codes, approved drawings, Specification, and schedule. Reviewing & checking of contractor’s invoices for E/M works. Well familiar with ASTM & BS Standards and IEE Rules.
