Legal Desk Coordinator: As a legal desk coordinator he handled various freedom of expression and working journalist related case laws. I represented journalists at various courts who were battling legal case for the cause of FOE. b.Project Coordinator for the project "Promoting Freedom of Expression in Nepal" : As a project coordinator, he was involved in reviewing Media related laws of Nepal [Published as Agenda for Change], Coordinated a Radio Program "Freedom of Expression" that broadcasted across the country through 6 radio stations and coordinated 5 capacity building programs. The project was funded by Foreign and Commonwealth Office of UK and jointly implemented by Article19, a London based INGO that works for Freedom of Expression and Freedom Forum Nepal. c.Project Coordinator for the project "Lobbying for Freedom of Information and Expression in the New Constitution of Nepal": Under the project, I was involved in 3 stakeholders meeting to collect their opinion on FOE and its standards to be incorporated into upcoming constitution to be drafted by Constituent Assembly. I also prepared a proposal on issue of FOE to be incorporated in the Constitution. The project was funded by VIKES, FINLAND and jointly implemented with International Exchange of Freedom of Expression [IFEX] [CANADA Office] an International Network that works in the area of Freedom of Expression.
