Responsibility of defining and monitoring the critical Sourcing & Procurement for South 1 region worth $ 148 million & profit/savings $ 29 million and KPI’s aligned with functional and organizational goals (Hard Savings, Cycle Time, On Time Delivery (OTD), Expediting, Blanket Ordering, Supplier Performance Management etc.)Deliver high-quality service to clients which have a direct impact on business outcomes (client retention & process improvement)Validate the project procurement requirement from commercial aspect adhering to the policies and guidelines of NTT in compliance with in-country taxation rules and sales order management under DD Direct as per process and compliance.Executes the contract procedures, negotiation strategies and approval process that supports the business objectives and maintains sustainable relationships with OEM’s and Distributors.Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and mitigate risk on commercial aspects towards calculation and payment of penalties, contract termination, building agreements, limitations of liability and non-solicitation for bids and deals and provide feedback to the key stake holders regarding these. Responsible for Customs & Logistics solutions to FedEx Export Department towards Documentation, EDI Fillings, Licenses Registration, Custom clearance, cargo upliftment, with a team of 15 personnel with focus to optimizing logistics operations to enable timely achievement of organizational objectives. Majorly into Day-to-Day Custom Clearance, Post – Shipment documents to exporters, confirmation of Non-Dangerous Goods declaration from concerned Airlines and Licenses registration of Export Schemes like DEEC, DFIA, EPCG and Exporters Authorized code with Customs Department and EDI respectively.

• In charge of entire Peenya branch Sales & Operation, Collections, and Customer care activities.• Responsible for all inbound and out bound surface cargo in Bangalore.• Responsible for all Air shipment connections from South to North• Understand & map client requirements (ware housing & transportation)• Responsible for periodic review with client and address issues / queries / concerns• Business development – Identify leads and work on converting in to business.
