Emma has extensive experience of the childcare sector, having worked within it for the past 15 years. She has held various senior management roles in the private, voluntary and independent sectors, which have all included devising and delivering training. In 2010 Emma set up Babyem (www.babyem.co.uk), a childcare training agency specialising in postnatal maternity and childcare qualifications. Babyem currently trains over over 2000 childcare and health care professionals annually in the UK and Internationally. Babyem also consults for childcare agencies and Local Authorities, and has written best practice documents for a number of childcare associations.In 2015 Emma set up City Antenatal (www.cityantenatal.com), providing specialist antenatal classes in Canary Wharf, offering expert support for both the antenatal and postnatal period. Courses are delivered by a renowned team of professionals including Midwives, Lactation Consultants, Sleep Specialists, Osteopaths, Nutritionists, Reflexologists and a former Olympian Personal Trainer.Emma also runs parent workshops for a range of organisations in the corporate and media sectors as part of their family networks.
