Duties and Responsibilities:• Does end-to end operation of the station from sourcing the client for the variety of volume and implementing all operation needed in the station.• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or reports.• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records determined as financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). • Enter data into computer system.• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.• Reconciles records with internal company management.• Prepare labels and maintain files as needed.• Prepares monthly interim Financial Statements of the company.• Prepare daily cash position report.• Perform other tasks as may be assigned

• Does end-to-end recruitment; from sourcing candidates, conducting initial and behavioral interview, administering call simulations, conducting job offers, up to hiring and updating candidates’ status in the system.• Point of Contact for a Technical and Consumer accounts doing daily and weekly calibration with Clients and Training department to discuss hiring plans and attrition updates.• Execute paper screening thru various online search engines and portals necessary to exhaust ad respondents and online databases.• Does call outs and conducts initial screening of applicants for Support positions such as Team Lead, Recruitment Assistant and Voice Coach, to determine eligibility and job fit.• Supports the recruitment team on documentations, reporting and clerical tasks relevant to recruitment.

• Execute paper screening thru various online search engines and portals necessary to exhaust ad respondents and online databases.• Does end-to-end recruitment; from sourcing candidates, conducting initial and behavioral interview, administering call simulations, conducting job offers, up to hiring and updating candidates’ status in the system.• Maintaining filing system, receiving calls and updating records.• Supports the recruitment team on documentations, reporting and clerical tasks relevant to recruitment.
