- Set vision and strategic direction, mentored, and provided technical leadership for a high-performance, customer-focused development team in order to deliver value-added automation tools and services to Nuage Networks SDN customers and partners, including a CI/CD system for test and delivery. Includes hiring, training, delegating work assignments, reviewing performance, and giving feedback.- Supervised the research and selection of appropriate software architectural techniques in order to guarantee the quality, extensibility, and maintainability of our software. This includes the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.- Worked with other organizations in order to increase information sharing, reduce duplication of effort, and coordinate services delivered to customers. Includes collaborating with service delivery teams and product managers in order to create and foster feedback loops to ensure high ROI.- Established relationships with customers and partners by delivering in-person and remote presentations in order to demonstrate the value of our team’s services - including presenting at public events such as Nokia’s SR Experts conferences.- Led the SDN Professional Services team in Turkey and India in order to deliver installation, upgrade, and integration services to SDN customers.- Led the SDN Portal Application Software Development team in Canada that builds auxiliary applications in order to add customer value to compliment SD-WAN as-a-service- Created budgets for capital and operating expenses in order to ensure that the team had the resources it needed to deliver with high quality and consistent velocity- Created a plan and negotiated with IT teams for migrating testbed assets from the US to Canada in order to ensure operational continuity in the face of an impending facility closure- Led the team through an unexpected transition from one business unit to another in order to provide open communication and continuity during uncertainty
