Graduated with a master’s in Business Administration from PUC-RJ, Bacellar is an Advisory Board Member for the automotive and mobility sectors. He has over 40 years of experience in developing new markets and solutions, with particular emphasis on strategic planning, disruptive technologies and innovation.The arrival in Brazil of Unix operating system, Sun Microsystems, Compaq, computer networks, multimedia and web design; the maturing of topics such as information security, sustainability, corporate governance and risk management, as well as digital disruption in the telecommunications and automotive industries are some examples.Head for the automotive industry at KPMG Brasil for many years, Bacellar gave numerous lectures and interviews, and published several studies and sectoral research analyzing trends and major themes in the sector, with emphasis on the national editions of 2019 and 2021.Bacellar organized and moderated the first panel on connected cars in Latin America at Futurecom 2015 and the first panel on connected cars as digital business integrators in Latin America at the same event in 2016.
