I joined Platinum Auto Paints in a logistics and dispatching role and was soon promoted to front-line account management. I am responsible for visiting client workshops, assessing stock needs and for providing advice and guidance with regard to products.I have successfully contributed to business development programs, including for premium PPG products, for which the company is one of the only distributors in Australia.

Concurrent with my role at Platinum Auto Paints, I complete after-hours and weekend work with the primary security contractors to the popular and iconic Club Rivers. For the past six years, I have successfully functioned as a Senior Security Officer in that context, with responsibility for managing the safety and security of club patrons.

At Look Smart Alterations, I was responsible for customer service provision and for the operation of the company's IT networks and helpdesk. My team provided support for five retail locations in large shopping centres throughout Sydney.I was responsible for maintaining networks, providing general guidance and advice to end users, and for deploying staff to stores to repair or maintain systems.During my time in the role, I successfully managed the installation of point-of-sale systems and network infrastructure in collaboration with external contractors and vendor representatives.
