Nature of work Administration * Handling disciplinary - matters and organising domestic â enquiries.* Certifying healthy employee-management relations in the organisation, by encouraging them to voice their opinions on common platforms and promoting employee involvement in improvement activities.Salary & Compensation Management:* Managing salary data of employees.* Prepare Offer Letter, Promotion Letter, Increment letters.* Provide salary data and attendance to finance for salary.* Prepare salary break ups and salary restructure according to employee benefit.Facility Management:* Coordinating with different sites Admin person for the purpose of facility management* Looking after all employeesâ benefits at different site. If necessary, travel to all the sites providing applicable facility to them.* Arranging Entertainment benefits like (TV, Game substance etc)* Arranging Canteen facility to all sites. And others facilities and benefits if necessary providing time to time.Personnel Management & Administration:* Leave and attendance Management.* Task Allocation and job scheduling.* Encouraging Employee Involvement.* Coordinating with all the groups on HR issues.* Assisting to my senior in HR policies & procedures.* Conducting exit interview.* Processing full & final.* Employee relations* Administering Service - Rules CSOs (Certified Standing Orders) of the Company* Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like Employee State Insurance, Provident Fund, Labour, Local Administration, ESS (Employee Separation Scheme) for workmen, officers and managers.* Adroit in Labour Laws, Statutory matters & all documentation work.* Handling Group Hospitalization Scheme, Mediclaim policies and Workmen Compensation policies.* Administering Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of Personal - Files, attendance and leave records necessary for records / processing payrolls of employees.
