As the Vice President of Client Success, I lead a global team of consultants, sales engineers, and trainers who help our clients achieve continuous performance improvement and member engagement using our flagship product, iMIS. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners.In addition to managing the professional services delivery and sales support functions, I also oversee the global training operations for ASI, which has seen a significant growth in revenue and client satisfaction in the past two years. I am responsible for developing and maintaining the curriculum, instructional design, and delivery methods for both on-demand and instructor-led training offerings. Furthermore, I serve as a Legislator for Cortland County, where I apply my leadership and planning skills to address various community issues and initiatives.
