Managed a group of 12 to 15 Integration and Test (I&T) engineers who supported baseline upgrades in the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF-DCGS) and Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) program areas. Led a select group of 4 I&V engineers on a subcontract to provide systems integration expertise to another company serving as Systems Integrator for a classified government Customer.• Created and executed Multi-Contractor Test Plans and executed Multi-System Level Testing at continental and overseas sites for classified Customer.• Created, designed, and utilized comprehensive procedures for Full Regression (complete test) and selective (spot) tests for all products, allowing multi-contractor team to stay on schedule and track completed and pending tests.• Created and implemented comprehensive Test and Transition to Operations schedules using Microsoft Project that were successful in maintaining daily status and were used for updating the site baselines and restoring normal operations as quickly as possible.• Prepared comprehensive daily and final test reports for Customer.• Participated in weekly telecons and monthly status meetings with the Prime and the Customer.
