Throughout my career, I've been passionate about connecting underserved communities to essential government and nonprofit resources. My drive for inclusivity and cultural competency has guided me throughout my career. I've had the privilege of working in the California State Legislature in Senator Dr. Richard Pan’s office and as a Consultant for the Asian American and Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus.Back in 2017, I made history within the California Democratic Party by becoming the first Young Democrat to be elected as Secretary in over two decades as well as the youngest elected woman officer to the body. It's been an honor to represent my community and bring youth diversity into the Party’s leadership. In 2018, I jumped at the chance to join Golden State Opportunity, focusing on forging strategic partnerships for outreach and educating communities statewide about public benefits. Now, I am channeling my energy into consulting, where I get to tackle everything from project management and campaigns to ballot initiatives, strategy, event management, and nonprofit work, particularly with Asian American & Pacific Islander organizations. I founded Jenny Bach Consulting, LLC in 2023 with the goal of working with communities and organizations that make an impact on people’s every day lives. I also work collaboratively with Bright Light Strategies and Avenues Consulting on campaigns, community-impact projects, and public affairs.I am currently working toward an MBA with a concentration in HR Management. I’m Sacramento homegrown and currently based out of the beautiful city of San Francisco. I’d love to work with you!
