Including full BAT study of acid gas technologies, supplier appraisal and detailed design. To lead into supporting installation, HAZOP and commissioning.Combined Heat and Power (CHP) IntegrationProcess Lead on 3.3 MWe CHP Gas Engine retrofit, project value £m+. Including: Sizing of unit, RFQ writing, technically appraising suppliers, detailed design. Led into process installation and commissioning. Biomass & RenewablesTechnical lead on IML Renewables Team. Undertaking audit of Imerys' assets to determine potential for biomass integration. Including comprehensive review of biomass technologies, (anaerobic digestion, direct fire of woody biomass and co-generation through CHP). Supply routes, bulk solids storage and handling, base load determination and electrical grid integration.Other duties include providing global support for Imerys on thermal processes (drying, calcining and sintering) covering Brazil, US and Europe.

Full PDP & Basic Eng Revamps of existing furnaces. Improving thermal efficiency, returning products to specification and detailed thermal modelling.

Graduate development scheme, covering a broad base of process fundamentals.P&IDs, PFDs, LDTs, Line sizing, mark-ups for autocad. Valve and pump sizing, HAZOP, SIL analysis and pressure profiles.
