For two decades, I have been offering holistic healing services to help individuals and groups feel more freedom and balance in their body, mind and spirit. When people ask me what I do for work, I usually respond by telling them that I help people reconnect to their true nature, as a spiritual being having a human experience. My journey as a healer comes from having been in similar places and situations as my clients. For years, I felt lost, afraid, worried, burnt out and doing everything I could to please others and be the person the wanted me to be. Whether it was my family, friends, or even my clients - I only knew one thing. I knew how to wear a mask and live a life that was not really mine.In 2010, I reached a point in my life where I no longer cared if I was part of this world and came really close to saying goodbye without saying goodbye. The darkest moment of my life was right then and there. You can say that a miracle took place (and it did!) and before I knew it, I found myself feeling more connected than ever to who I really was. I knew and I felt in every sense of my being that I had a greater purpose of being here and there was work I needed to complete. In the years that followed, I journeyed into the world of sound healing, energy healing, shamanism, meditation, mindfulness, and discovered that I had pieces in me that were yearning to come out and be seen. I am incredibly grateful that all those moments brought me to where I am today. I am here. I am now. I am ready to serve and help you step into your power and your calling so that you can bring your gifts to the world.
