I am working for SVP Worldwide Vietnam as Regional IT Manager and also be a member of Management Team. Role and Responsibility as D-level Management is in charge of IT that helps a company grow: lead digital transformation culture to support business goals, lead security and risks management, operation management to ensure running smoothly IT systems and modernize IT system to high global and updated standards/ technology/ Smart factory/ Industry 4.0

I am responsible planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, improvement and reviewing all elements of Integrated Management System (IMS) which includes Leadership, Quality Management, Occupational Safety and Health Management, Environmental and Energy Management, Operational Excellence and Information Security Management process.I work closely with all internal areas/ departments, customers and suppliers to identify, develop and implement a shared vision for quality/ IMS and continuous improvement processes in the business.And I also work closely with all areas of the business, customers and suppliers using advanced quality systems to develop improved processes throughout the supply chain.

Manage all sites of ITS (Hanoi, HCM, Da Nang site) in Vietnam to meet all policies/ requirements of mother company in Germany about Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Application and Security: manage/develop ITS with variety environments of infrastructures, technologies (global and local sites), solutions, hardware/software platforms and applications (ERP, Customer hotline services, website/portal, customer surveys tools, customer portal service, communication tools, production applications).Also be an Information Security Officer, contributes significantly to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of ITS. And develop ITS' security based on ISO 27001.

I lead OPX team for improvement ideas and measures in the plant with 14 principles: Zero Accidents, Energy & Environmental Efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Warehousing, Process Orientation, Supply Chain Integration, Just-in-Time, Best Workplace, Zero Defects, Visual Management, Continuous Improvement, Training & Qualification, Empowerment & Teamwork and Active Leadership. I develop a platform for common targets and standards of Sustainability, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs. I also implement production system tools & methods for Operational Excellence sush as 6S (5S and Safety), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Shop Floor Management, PDCA, DMAIC...

I lead Safety committee members do safety activities in the branch. Promote Safety culture and safety performance in branch/ at all levels. Cooperate with OSH team do the audit/risk assessment/investigate injuries/approve work-permit/develop HSE/OSH processes based on ISO 45001/ OHSA/ NEBOSH's requirements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors to work with customers; share about company culture to new employees; handle urgent tasks at the North Region branch; work with local authorities, government, community; contact points for employees’ concerns about compliance policies.

Work closely with Management Team members and CEO to make business strategic planning for long-term, prioritize actions plan to achieve targets for short-term, resources management, risks and opportunities management of business/ operation.Overall manage all activities of the branch to ensure operation of the branch to run smoothly/ meet/ comply with company targets/ polices/ regulations.To promote company culture and team spirit, supervising and motivating employees.To remove any barriers that keep employees from completing their tasks. And help employees resolve their issues/ conflicts with another regarding business activities in a professional manner
