Handling of overall Recruitment cycle salary negotiation, documentation, orientation, making employees file, handling companies manpower details with regards to transfers processing medical insurance forms, helping in conducting HR audits, Events birthday parties, helping in bonus distribution, taking care of other administrative work, handling employees grievances, handling in processing of staff salary, calculation of OT, handling attendance through bio matric, leave management, coordinating with other HR department, other departments and all the HR activities as and when required

Recruitment:• Taking the requirement from the stakeholder.• Posting the opened position on various job portals like Internshala, LinkedIn, Instahyre, and Naukri.• Doing headhunting.• Screening and sourcing the resumes.• Taking preliminary round of the interview.• Conducting technical round with the stakeholders.• Providing feedback to the candidates.• Arranging joining documents.• Preparing compensation break-up and offer letter.• Releasing the offer letter.• Onboarding the candidate – sending welcome mail, joining documentation and introducing to team.• Assets arrangement – Coordination with the Admin and IT Team for disposal of the new hire assets.
