I work at various sites that Ricoh has contracts with where I cover for other employees who are out sick or on vacation. The sites I have worked are listed below.*Schwabe, Williams, & Wyatt-Trained on reception where I answer phones calls and greet clients. I book conference rooms for meetings as well as forward incoming faxes.-I am also trained in the copy/mail center as well as hospitality.*Perkins Coie-Trained in the copy/mail center. I track incoming packages and send outgoing mail. I deliver mail throughout the building. I work on print or scan jobs that come into TRAC. This can include, scanning documents into pdf files, printing documents and putting them in binders. I am trained on the use of a 3-hole drill press, comb binding, and spiral binding. I have proficiency in Adobe Acrobat which is the main program we use to edit, print or combine pdf’s.-I also have some training in the records department using Legal Key where I mainly focused on destruction of old records.*Standard Insurance Company-I was trained in the mail room where I would stuff mail into envelopes, catch mail on the machines, and run the postage machine.*Nike (Copy/Center & Holiday Shipping)-Worked the front desk in the copy center where I would ship personal packages for employees. Occasionally helped to finish binding and shrink-wrapping projects.*Adidas (Reception)-Would answer phone calls, check in guests and assign them temporary badges. *AWS Elemental (Mail/Shipping)-I sort incoming mail, check in packages and create DHL international shipping labels as well as fed ex labels for outgoing shipments.*Orrick Herrington and Sutcliff (Reception/Copy/Mail)-Answering phone calls, completing requested print jobs, deliver mail, create fed ex/ups labels, and set up conference centers for meetings.
