•Implementation of Fixed Asset Module ( ERP Oracle Financial ) •Addition , Disposal, Transfer & Adjustment in Fixed Asset Module & CIP Module (ERP Oracle Financial)•To be Depreciation Run and their Adjustment in ERP Fixed Asset Module.•Data Uploading in ERP through Addition Integrator & Up-loader. •To be Extract Monthly Reporting from Fixed Asset and CIP Module•Meeting statutory deadlines for conduct of audit and reporting to Group Company on standardized formats. •Ensuring completeness of asset recording & their checking and Implementation of policies and procedures as per defined SOP.•To be ensured, correct and accurate reporting of acquisitions and disposals of fixed assets in their respective periods.•Liaisons with insurance department for getting the insurance cover as FNP, EEI, MBD, In Transit Etc for ensure the company’s assets as avoiding un-foreseen able losses in future. •Preparation of system generated vouchers (ERP) on monthly closure of accounts related fixed assets, insurance payable, amortizations, CAPEX vendors’ payable, insurance claim receivable, Etc. •Monitor the record of fully depreciated fixed assets.
