Strategic Responsibilities:Am managing a team of 9 Professionals/Experts working on the systems development for a USAID funded project. The tasks are systems development and capacity building of the Government of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa in the areas of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Training Needs Assessment, Internal Audit and Administration. My role is the review and quality control of the manuals as well as supervision of the team and liaison with donor and line department.Am also managing/leading another team of 7 Experts working on a UNDP funded project “Strengthening Rule of Law in Malakand Division (SRLM). My responsibilities include Curriculum Development and conducting Training of Trainers (TOS) in the area of Judiciary, Prosecution, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Para Legals, NGOS, Police and Bar Councils.My role is the identification and hiring of subject experts, review and finalization of the developed curricula, liaison with the donor and Government authorities (Judiciary, Director of Prosecution, Local Government and KPK Police, conducting Training of Trainers (TOTs) and progress/financial reporting to UNDP..

As the Chief of Operations/Operations Manager, I am responsible for the overall operations management of UNDP Sudan which included strategic Human Resources Management, Office Management, Performance Management, Financial Management, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Administration, ICT and UN Common Services.-Managed the 2nd largest UNDP country office in the world & ensured the effective/efficient operations of CO’s finance, HR, Procurement and administrative systems to facilitate the attainment of program goals by meeting changing operational requirements.• Under the direction of Deputy Country Director, handled a gamut of operational issues ranging from financial and HRM, procurement, ICT, general administration, logistics and security of UNDP premises and staff.• Delivered operational excellence through strategic planning and policy changes/formulation on operational matters as necessary.

As Head of Procurement of UNICEF Privaite Fundrasiing and Partnerships Division based at the UNICEF HQs in New York, I was responsible for the overall supply chain management of the division. The main tasks was to develop, produce, print and airlift fundrasising packages. Funding raising activities were in the North American market as well as Japan, Latin America, Korea and Singapore.
