Started carrier as Design Engineer of machine tools and designed 100s of Hydraulic operated auto lathes, special purpose machines, CNC Horizontal machining center, then headed various function's such as: Materials Management, most successful Jobber CNC Division: Profit Center, headed Total Quality Management wing and got strong commitment towards Business Excellence journey.Later, headed Green field foundry project with a capacity of 1000 tons/ month and won many "Accolades" for the organization.Total responsibility for co ordination with architects, co ordination for construction of the building, erection, commissioning of the equipment’s, trial run of the fast loop line and hand molding section, co ordination for SAP, establish management systems, achieving full capacity of 1000 tons/ month.
