I was able to perform different tests from different sections of the laboratory under supervision. I also learned how to calibrate different equipments used throughout the lab, and performed QC. Some of manual tests I performed are ABO blood typing and cross match, and antibody identification. From microbiology, I did perform the following tests, rapid strep, flu, group A DNA, group B culture, campylobacter culture, genital cultures, KOH, and fecal fat. I also did both macroscopic and microscopic urinalysis and Bodley fluids, including Semen analysis. Counted over 100 patients cell, normal and abnormal cells.
