• Design and update HR policies and procedures with regard to labor laws, company policies, practices and introducing best HR practices to ensure organizational chart, job descriptions for all positions are up to date.• Ensure effective employee relations through professional compliance with policies and procedures.• Conduct timely and cost-effective recruitment campaigns by using psychometric assessments and interviews maintaining employee’s benefits programs and informing employees of benefits.• Update Recruitment Matrix (time to hire, sourcing channel, cost of hire, retention, acceptance ratio, organization mix, salary survey) conduct all joining formalities of new employees (employee orientation, updating in HRMS (SAP, ERP) personal file and guide them for other relevant benefits).• End-user of SAP HR module at ERP, maintain personal records tracking employment history, promotion transfer and salaries etc. and participated in its implementation as key team member.• Prepare and implement learning and development policies strategies while coordinating with head of department.• Arrange and conduct interviews for different positions including exit interview at the time of employee separation.• Prepare monthly HR reports for top management, comparing them with previous reports to interpret and analyze trends, find possible reasons for the gaps and suggesting for corrective measures.• Supervise activities of office security at factory and maintenance of office equipment’s, furniture, fixture and fittings etc.• Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain, procurement and warehouse strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. • Implement overall supply chain strategy communicated by GM, identify process bottleneck and implement solutions.
