Major Activities Performed for MTS INDIA PVT LTD(ISP)• Configuring Cisco ASR 901 for Migration of Ethernet Sites from L2 to L3 Sites.• Ring Pairing of sites after analysing ospf Connectivity during outages and Excess Bandwidth Utilization.• Chasis Replacement of Cisco Router .• Offload L3 sites (in RAN router).• Offload traffic from one link (operator) to another link (operator).• Configuration of PCF IP’s in Packet Data serving Node.• Configuration of MIN range in Packet Data serving Node.• Configuration of CG priority in Packet Data serving Node.Other Activities• Monitoring Wan Links , ILL (Internet Leased line) Links, PI Traffic, WIFI Link, Google Cache and Akamai Cache Traffic using Cacti Graph and Arcos Tool.• Immediate Escaltion and troubleshooting Based on the Issue.• Performing Frequent Health checkup of Routers (7600 series) , ASR and Switches (3750 series) .• Preparing various Reports based on the raw data obtained from TACACS Server and Cacti etc.• Creating work plans for making configuration changes on Routers/Switches and PDSN node for daily Service , based on Network connectivity by Raising PE(Planned Event) and CR(Change Request) over the Mail and following up to get the approval from Clients from differnt level.• DPI upload in PDSN Node for blocking URL.• Configuring ACL’s on Cisco routers/switches based on device vulnerability assessment done by network security team.• Troubleshooting of WAN Connectivity.• Coordinating with senior level engineering group and site team for resolving all technical issues.

• Alarm Monitoring .• Immediate Escalation and troubleshooting Based on the Issue.• Support to field Team (engineer).• Configuration as per requirement Base station transceivers trough Netnumen tool (ZTE).
