Customer Experience Senior Specialist
* Design all customer operational processes for product/service and campaigns, user screens, create uat cases, do uat, create a user document and launch* Work collaboratively & constructively with Segments, Products & Services, Market Insights other Process Management unit teams* Work on RPA projects and redesign processes for RPA* Prepare phone scripts, SMS texts, training materials based on customer experience* Make suggestions about customer experience and product development action* Anticipate and response accordingly to legal environment on customer relationship management strategies* Do process inspections and take action to improve the problematic situations* Listen to customer complaints and develop improvement suggestions for problems and make customer information* Capturing insights from voice of customer* Make customer journey maps
