Managed the Oracle based ERP system, give training and manage over twenty (20) branches. Also managed access to the database. Installed and configured QlikSense 3.1 and NPrinting, create dashboards and managed automation of data imports, generation of reports for management and various departments as well as maintained access to certain reports.Managed a project that saved the company over 110mln.

• Integrate, develop, maintain and support Databases and Business Intelligence Solutions based upon the Microsoft SQL Server technical platform by contributing to the implementation of the Group’s Microsoft SQL Server and Business Intelligence Strategy with the utilization of standard methodologies and practices. • Develop reports using SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008 R2, Oracle 8, SharePoint 2010 and Visual Studio, 2005/2008 IDE for Vodafone networks. Run regular business reports for clients and helped in the automation of the dashboard for Vodafone. • Helped secure a couple of projects that would save the company thousands of GBP using SharePoint 2010 and Qlikview 11. Was involved in the development, testing, UAT till they were approved. Managing a couple of contractors based on the key reports that are critical to the company/client. Works hand in hand with the Database Administrator in the creation and maintenance of the data warehouse and with the Qlikview developer in giving Vodafone what they want on the dashboard.• Creation of SSIS and SSRS packages and technical reports for critical business decision making policies.

• Spearheaded a project that included the development of a business intelligence tool that gave a graphical presentation of the number of calls the customer representative is receiving and the number of calls made by each client. Development was initially in Qlikview, creating a dashboard using Qlikview 10 and then in SharePoint 2010 making use of webparts, site pages, site collections, workflows, using SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008 R2• Created SharePoint sites using miscellaneous webparts that were reports created using reporting services and this can refreshed at intervals to give up to date data from the database. • Data displayed through SSRS/Sharepoint, gotten from the SQL Server database are generated by ManagEngine and refreshes regularly to ensure consistent data. Information of the number of calls made by clients, the technicians that handled the query and when it was made is displayed. Documentation was also completed.

• Part of the Software Development team that developed and maintains the access control system and other web applications.• Development of PL/SQL blocks for data retrieval and for web applications and write scripts that are used in interacting with other databases from affiliate organisations.• Maintenance of the databases was done under the supervision of the database administrator. Optimization of the tables in the database and the performance tuning of the database are carried out at regular intervals. • Performed auditing on the databases to ensure data is not lost and does not get into the wrong hands.• A six (6) month project that involved automating transfer of database objects from the production database server to the development database server to help developers in the development and maintenance of database objects was started and finished in four (4) months.
