A young, aspirational, technically minded person who enjoys technology and learning new skills.My Experience:While I have no official workplace experience with technical support I often find friends and family turning to me for help when it comes to tech issues. An example of this is when a friend of mine who works as a mechanic, was having issues with a Panasonic Toughbook connecting to the internet, I walked him through the the steps to pull up the required information for me to diagnose the issue in a simple and easily understandable way. After I had gathered all the Info I needed I came to the conclusion that the Wi-Fi card (Intel Centrino advanced-n 6235) was broken. I then walked him through the steps to safely remove the old card and found a replacement online for him which I helped him install at a later date.Along with this I have set up and managed a home LAN using switches and routers Acting as WAPs this allowed for a stable and secure network with speeds of up to 850Mb/s when connected by a wired connection and 350Mb/s when connected by wireless connectionsKnown Programming Languages:PythonC# with UnityPHPHTML (Mark-up Language)Languages Currently Learning:HTML5 (Mark-up Language)CSSJava Script
