With a strong family history in property, Baden was destined for a career in real estate. Now almost fifteen years later, Baden heads up three of inner-city Melbourne's most dynamic agencies, Lucas RE, Real Estate Services by Mirvac & Melbourne Square Property. Beginning his real estate career with Victoria's largest property development companies, MAB Corporation and Mirvac Group, Baden garnered extensive experience in all facets of the Real Estate industry before joining the family business Lucas Real Estate in 2006. As one of Melbourne's highest performing apartment Agents, he focused on client service Baden, communication and most importantly results. Under exceptional leadership with his father Glen, Baden has stepped into the role of Group Managing Director with his business partner Dylan Emmett - one of Melbourne's brightest stars in Property Management. In January 2017 Baden completed the full circle entering into a partnership with Mirvac. Passionate and proactive, Baden has a phenomenal work ethic and possesses an intimate knowledge of all things inner-city apartment, Mirvac and beyond. His clear focus in providing exceptional customer service is reflected in the diligence with which he communicates with his clients and the long standing relationships he has built. To this day, conducting open for inspections, negotiating outstanding results and the thrill of helping people achieve their goals in Real Estate is exactly what Baden continues to do, and what has him motivated to do what he does best. A long-term member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, having previously served on its Young Agents Chapter Committee, Baden was honoured to be named as the 2016 Victorian Agent of the Year at the prestigious Australiasian Real Estate Results's Awards, additionally Baden was ranked number one agent under 30 in Victoria and No. 4 nationally. Having lived locally in Docklands for many years, Baden is passionate about the many lifestyle benefits the waterfront suburb has to offer.
