I am the CEO and founder of Emcan, a new company that launched in November 2023 with the mission of empowering Arab entrepreneurs through creating the first digital community for our region. With over a decade of experience as a CEO and entrepreneur, I have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, projects, and budgets, and ensuring the alignment of the company's vision, mission, and goals.Prior to Emcan, I founded and led Richter Creative Office, a marketing and advertising agency that grew from a small start-up to a well-established and reputable firm, serving a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality and impactful campaigns and events. I also founded and ran Neqsa Cafe, a coffee shop that I successfully operated from 2014 to 2017. I have a strong background in public relations, marketing strategy, business planning, media relations, and human resources, and I hold a B.B.A. in Information Technology and a certification in strategic planning. I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative solutions that make a positive difference in the world.
