As a key contact for client executives through the course of each project, I lead communications, reporting, and troubleshooting to uphold service excellence standards. I also head up engagement management from initial contract negotiation and scope definition to change management, delivery, and evaluation to help clients accomplish key strategic priorities and financial objectives.

As a Senior Consultant, I established and maintained relationships with client executives across multiple industries to understand the problems and challenges they were facing at an organizational and industry level, and develop sustainable solutions accordingly. This involved leveraging market research, competitor data, and other proprietary insights to structure and present actionable recommendations before managing implementation with both client and external teams. At an internal level, I designed and deployed project methodologies and approaches to streamline communications and ensure that project milestones were consistently delivered on time and budget.

With coverage of a diverse client portfolio, I was staffed on several engagements related to strategic planning, operational improvement, and process optimization to drive both top-line and bottom-line growth for companies in competitive marketplaces. I also managed project workstreams with junior consultants and external agencies, and performed research and data analysis to support strategic alternative recommendations.

In my first year after joining The Palladium Group, I was a generalist consultant staffed on a wide range of cross-sector engagements. In this time, I developed a strong general management toolkit and problem-solving skillset through exposure to various frameworks, approaches, and financial modelling to help companies envision unique solutions and quantify the benefits and risks of various strategic options available to them.

As a Strategic Planning Officer, my mandate was to develop a suite of tools that optimize decision-making and performance org-wide. To this end, I pioneered the PMO which set and tracked specific KPIs, reengineered existing processes to remove inefficiencies, and provided powerful reporting and insights to help the Fund meet and exceed performance targets each year.

Kuwait

As an Evaluation Officer, I supported the management and deployment of KWD 2 billion in capital by evaluating the feasibility and economics of business plans across sectors. Managing a team of 6, I held overall accountability for financial and business analysis, legal negotiations, and the development of policies and procedures to streamline evaluation cycles.
