• Collaborate with various departments to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities for Emiratization.• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.• Contact candidates to verify and update their information.• Ensure candidates have their CVs readily available.• Analyze and segregate CVs by location, experience, majors, etc.• Develop and implement Emiratization strategies in alignment with government directives and company objectives.• Design and manage programs to attract, recruit, and retain Emirati candidates across different levels and departments.• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government entities, and community organizations to promote Emiratization and facilitate internship or training programs.• Provide guidance and support to Emirati employees, ensuring their career development and progression within the organization.• Prepare reports, analyze data, and track progress on Emiratization goals and initiatives.• Stay updated on Emiratization policies, regulations, and best practices, and integrate them into the company's talent acquisition and retention strategies.• Coordinate for arranging career fair in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Universities and Colleges to participate in open days (With approvals).• Support and Execute Celebration as planned. - Flag day- National day- Martyrs day- Any other UAE events.• Join benchmarking groups, join conferences, meet with Emirati Employees and implement engagement actions.

Approvals/recommendations of credit applications.Coaching of all sales staff to increase sales productivity and cross selling.Develops, enhances and maintains relationships with prospective clients to ensure revenue / profit targets are met/ exceeded. Review staff training requirements and submit to HR on a quarterly basis.Maintain high standard service with customers and ensure no complains. Conduct staff meeting on an agreed agenda relating to branch sales, operations & staff issues, on a monthly basis.
