Supervise and Manage Maintenance Technicians and Engineers. Solve the customers Problem, & ensure the Customer Satisfaction.Review and develop new Maintenance contracts, and follow up with existing contracts.Leading Maintenance Team in customers sites, and supervise Projects implementation Plan.Prepare offers related to the Technical solutions, review and confirm the Technical Requirements for the projects.Prepare site Survey reports for new installation, Expansion, and new Technical Solutions.Design and implement power network solutions according to the customer's Requirements.Monitoring after sales operations.

As a Team Leader, my responsibility to lead the Maintenance Team during project implementation including (Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Troubleshooting) for Generators, UPSs, Control Boards, Window Cleaning Machines, and responsible for daily reports related to the projects, and insure the projects moving according to the plan.

Generally my responsibilities are:Provide on site Technical Support for our customers.Responsible for installation and maintenance for power and control Equipments.Responsible for Acceptance Test, and insure healthy Running environment related to the new installed Equipments.
