Chris Bader is a Field Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives, serving in Fort Smith, Arkansas. In this role, he is responsible for managing constituent services and community relations, ensuring that the needs and concerns of the district's residents are effectively addressed. He serves as the primary liaison between the Congressman’s office and local communities in Sebastian and Crawford counties, working closely with government agencies, nonprofits, business leaders and other stakeholders to resolve issues and promote the district's interests.Since 2019, Mr. Bader has also served as Representative Steve Womack's Service Academy Coordinator, overseeing the nomination process for students seeking to attend U.S. military academies. His commitment to supporting young leaders in their pursuit of military careers underscores his dedication to public service.Previously, Mr. Bader served as a Constituent Services Representative, where he built a strong reputation for creative problem-solving and improving constituent satisfaction over his 12 years in the role. His experience in governmental relations is complemented by his volunteer work as a Commissioner for the Greenwood Advertising and Promotion Commission, where he has served since 2007, playing a key role in allocating resources to promote the City of Greenwood.In addition to his work in public service, Mr. Bader has a background in small business management, having managed his family's restaurant, Greenwood Pizza Barn, for over a decade. His responsibilities included overseeing purchasing, payroll, and accounting, as well as implementing new social media marketing strategies.Mr. Bader holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
