Project Engineer responsible for all technical and engineering aspects. Planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing all the technical tasks of the project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish. • Participation in the development of project objectives and verifying the alignment of the project progress and deliverables with the objectives.• Reviews and completes project engineering document, plan & revised schedule, project specifications, technical query, tasks and initiating the necessary corrective action.• Supporting project owner maintenance team to maintain facility assets’ lifecycle (Reliability), by applying the right type of maintenance.• Following manufacturer recommendation on storage, handling and installation of facility assets to assure assets’ complete lifecycle duration.• Conduct a separate weekly meeting with oversea vendors for tracking the fabrication, shipment, transportation and agreed delivery dates. And removing impediments vendors might face.• Work with the contractor to develop partial MCC plan to deliver facilities based on its readiness.• Technical Bid Evaluation for Maritime Engine Manufacturing Project’s bidding proposals.Key Projects:>King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries and Services>SOFON projects

Construction of Haradh Gas Compression Pipeline: Dec 2018 - Dec 2019Construction of Jazan Refinery (North Tank Farm): Jan 2017 - Dec 2018Achievements/Tasks• Conducting inspections as per SATIP, SAIC, SATR up on receiving RFIs (QMIS/hardcopy).• Conducting surveillance inspection, record in QMIS /logbook in accordance with WI.• Document lessons learned for better improvement of processes and procedures.• Conduct weekly meetings with Contractor to discuss project progress and technical issues.• Conducting focused assessment in accordance with 8.2-WI-09-ISSD. Prior to issuance of moderate/major violation/ FA and discuss with PQL/field supervisor.• Conduct minimum surveillance, according to FA per 8.2-WI-09-ISSD. Follow up the corrective actions with SAPMT and contractor QC inspectors and close surveillance /Follow up on corrective actions.• Ensure both SAPMT and contractor replied LBE including root cause analysis, corrective actions in QMIS within ACD• Monitor potential risks and conducting risk management review meetings with Contractor to review and assess potential risks and mitigations.
