In my role as part of the design management team, I have primarily focused on the Airport & Viaduct package. My experience in summary includes:• Overseeing and managing multidisciplinary design deliverables in collaboration with the technical advisor (Aurecon Jacobs Mott Macdonald Joint Venture). This involves direct communication with designers regarding technical queries, key issues, and meeting the designated timeframes for drawings and reports.• Regularly conducting design reviews and effectively resolving comments in coordination with the technical advisor. • Managing design resources and providing cost forecasts or budget reports.• Assisting in the development of project and technical requirement documents, working closely with subject matter experts and technical specialists.• Collaborating with the team to prepare and coordinate technical memorandums or workshop presentations for discussion with other work packages and key stakeholders such as Metro Trains Melbourne, Department of Transport and Planning, Melbourne Water, and Australian Pacific Airports Melbourne.• Working closely with the construction team to identify design issues, constructability requirements, and risks. Additionally, providing technical support to the delivery program or cost estimate.• Identifying standard waiver departures or product type approvals and collaborating with the technical advisor, suppliers, or rail/road operators to resolve technical challenges.• Overseeing the implementation of technical aspects into the electronic data room, specifically in preparation for the tender phase. This involves organizing technical documents, drawings, requirements documents, and modeling data in Projectwise.• Regularly considering and addressing key multidisciplinary design considerations, such as rail systems, road geometry/safety, structures, traffic/noise modeling, architecture, maintenance access, drainage, sustainability, hydrology, and geotechnical aspects.

• Developed technical skills in civil structural design, including utilizing modeling software, Microsoft programs, design documentation software, Australian/international standards, and relevant literature. • Further developed interpersonal and communication skills by working collaboratively with other design disciplines, construction staff, and clients. This involvement includes leading design meetings, safety in design workshops, presenting solutions, and resolving any issues or clashes with other aspects of the design scope.• Actively prepared design reports, drawings and specifications for clients or contractors as part of each allocated work package.• Led multidisciplinary teams to complete work package that involved various engineering aspects (civil, mechanical, electrical). This responsibility also included communicating with external suppliers or designers to fulfill specific aspects of the design scope.• Worked with stakeholders (rail / road operator, utility authorities, councils, independent reviewers) to resolves design challenges and ensure all design comments were effectively addressed. • Project experience included:o Level Crossing Removal Project (Southern Program Alliance) - Package lead for rail trench pump station packages across three different station areas, design of several retaining wall structures, Glen Huntly Road Bridge and overheard wiring / signaling structures. o Melbourne Metro Tunnels and Stations PPP - Design and coordination of the structural steel and concrete station structures, including coordination with other key design disciplines such as building services, architecture as well as the construction contractor.

• Completed a secondment with EIC Activities, working within the structural design team. This team supports all CIMIC group companies with various tasks, including temporary works design, design review, innovation, and verification. During this period, I worked on multiple projects simultaneously throughout the country (most notably WestConnex, Sydney Metro and West Gate Tunnel).• Completed a month's placement overseeing the manufacture of precast Super-T beams, planks, and panels for road/rail projects around NSW. My responsibilities included shop drawing review, completing prestressing calculations, and coordinating the daily production line of various precast elements with production staff.

EIC Activities - Structures Team (CIMIC Graduate Program Rotation) September 2017 - June 2018Pre-Contracts - Melbourne HQFeb 2017 - August 2017As a member of the pre-contracts team to date, I was involved in the Thompsons Road Upgrade – Stage 2, OSAR – Western Package, Yan Yean Road Upgrade and Osborne Shipbuilding Facilities tendersInvolved in several small-medium sized tenders in the pre-contracts team, gaining an understanding of pre-delivery stage of a project. This involved planning construction works, communicating with subcontractors regarding quotations and technical advice, providing feedback on technical advice notifications and designs received from the design consultant.

Involved in the removal of the Heatherdale Rd Level Crossing, construction of a new station, and associated upgrade works along the rail corridor. My duties included coordinating subcontractors, undertaking planning of construction works, completing safety and quality assessments, and conducting design reviews for the structural and civil components of the project. Successfully assisted in the delivery of several work packages, which involved developing construction methodologies, risk and safety matrices, traffic management plans, construction resources, scheduling, and drawings. As part of a team of engineers, I assisted in the management, construction and planning of the following:- Relocation of sewage services- Roadworks & subsurface drainage- Alteration to/upgrading existing car parks - Bridge Structures- Bulk Earthworks & Soil Nail Walls

Completed Two 3-month Vacation Periods Working as a member of the civil landscaping team. I was responsible for handling various sub-contract tenders for small to large scale projects around the CBD and outer suburbs. These ranged from:-Landscaped areas in new apartment, and commercial buildings.-And reinstatement or construction of subdivisions, roads, and footpaths.Further to my responsibilities I had also been heavily involved regularly in completing cost breakdown schedules, obtaining sub-contact or supplier quotes and assisting with pre-project admin.
