I am responsible for operational excellence of our test projects. Therefore, I analyze incoming testing requests and manage the test project within the Applause platform by building it on the appropriate schedule, create easy to understand instructions, assemble the appropriate test team, and ensure accurate documentation and builds are provided. During active projects, I monitor the project’s progress towards its goal.In addition, I attend customer meetings (i.e. scrum meetings) to align QA needs early on and work directly with the project management team to achieve strategic goals.
