Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base.-Assembly packaging,Reverse Engineering, VA / VE, Mfg feasibility, Optimization, prototype, Testing & Validation, Simulation & mold flow Analysis, Tear down product and Tech Manual preparation etc •Engineering Project management, effective communications, Monitoring, timely delivery, data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing, invoicing & payment •Working closely with suppliers and customers for material planning per batch requirements to improve operations and reduce cost.•Ensuring the ISO / TS & Customer standards compliances •Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.•Accurately calculating total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.•Obtaining quotes for logistics and also making cost comparisons•Gathering data of potential suppliers capable of becoming partners in manufacturing, quality and cost effective products.•Reviewing Technical capability and minimum three years Quality and Warranty trend, PPM level below 1000 as selection criteria •Leading the Kick Off meeting with the supplier, to make sure that supplier understands the part / product and what is expected to be delivered per terms & conditions.•Bench marking all the development activity and Auditing accordingly on tooling time plan development & review, audit for production line, Capability studies approval, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & DVP&R documentation.•Educate and implement the Supplier Quality Improvement Program with suppliers
