I am an executive with proven experience in growing customer acquisition and retention at enterprise technology and tech enabled services companies. I am an entrepreneur that has started two companies, raised funding for the growth of a SaaS automation platform and sold the company to a PE fund. I am an advisor to growth stage enterprise technology companies and a mentor to startup entrepreneurs.I was the co-founder and CEO of Tripod Technologies, a services company providing bespoke software development, data migration and quality assurance services. Grew the company from ground up to be a 2-time Inc 5000 winner and won multiple Philadelphia 100 and South Jersey Top25 awards and was inducted into the SJ25 Hall of Fame.Successfully transformed Tripod from a project-based services company to a product company, launching eureQa, a SaaS automation platform. This transformation involved changing the company’s operating model from one that built customized solutions for regional clients, to one that built a SaaS platform used by customers in every continent (sans Antarctica, of course). Led the transformation in sales, customer acquisition, engagement and support during the transformation, all the while retaining the customer-centric ethos of the company that enabled us to deliver a net revenue retention (NRR) of 128%. Established eureQa as the automation platform of choice for global brands like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Crocs, Interflora, Traeger Grills, Floor and Décor, Advance Auto Parts and eCommerce platform providers like Salesforce, Oracle and IQVIA. Raised funding, grew the company and successfully sold to Marlin Equity Partners. Prior to this, I worked in program management, development and delivery roles at technology, BFSI, healthcare and manufacturing companies.I am a former president of TiE New Jersey and a recipient of the Philadelphia 40 Under 40 award.
