• Making the accrual plans on monthly basis & reviewing phase wise implementation plan.
• Core team member of NPD.

• Team Leader looking after planning & procurement of Electro-Mechanical Commodities required for the production of TV’s.
• Procurement planning of all local & import material.
• Finalization of material procurement plan for all local & import material & communicating the same to suppliers.
• The procurement includes Finished Products, Raw Material, HIPS, ABS, EPS, & PP, Commodities like Moulded Plastic Parts, Press Components, Speakers, FBT, Remotes, Capacitors, Resistors, Micons, IC’s, Harness, Hardware.
• Business share to the vendors as per the QCD performance
