Responsible for Mobile Number Portability Clearinghouse (MNPC)- Proactive Monitoring of faults, performance and SLAs for Telco networks, IT infrastructure and Mobile Operator Roaming Services

Responsible for HSBB (Unifi) product- Managed End to end Network in Telekom for HSBB project, MSAN/OLT, NPE/Metro-e, Bras, IPTV server- Testing and Monitoring IPTV content to make sure it’s in correct order and working.- Onsite troubleshooting for network related using Wireshark
