Started in the Troubleshooting industry in 2002 and moved to telecoms. Started as a network engineer for several years then started working with fibre networks after that i moved into service engineering. In this role i deal with escalations and client issues. I have great communication skills, excellent people management skills and am good at motivating others. Im very proactive and have an aptitude for Network Engineering problems from first contact to finalising resolution
