I have a master's degree in entrepreneurship and a bachelor's degree in project and logistics management, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to identify and pursue new opportunities, optimize processes, and manage complex projects. I also have a strong background in Marketing Communications, having worked in this discipline for over 6 years, where I designed and executed effective campaigns, managed external clients, and boosted the brand awareness and reputation of BotswanaPost. In addition, I am the founder and creative director of Gifts by B, an SMME that offers personalized gift solutions for individuals and corporate organizations in Botswana. Through this venture, I have demonstrated my ability to create and market unique and sustainable products, engage and satisfy customers, and operate and grow a profitable business spanning over 4 years.
