Worked with teams of software engineers to develop and implement designs and changes to all systems related to pick, pack, ship, purchasing, and glasses manufacturing operations. Managed implementation of a Lab Management System to run the Glasses.com manufacturing line.Managed the distribution center move to a new facility. Worked with architects, engineers, and business users to design the new warehouse including layout for office and manufacturing space and flow of operations. Learned AutoCAD to create and maintain drawings to help visualize the changes. Oversaw the construction progress over offices, break room, warehouse, and manufacturing build out. Planned and implemented a move plan to keep warehouse operational during the transition. New warehouse was ready and operations moved and running within 8 weeks of starting construction.
