• Responsible for administering and controlling the Petty Cash system for payments up to R500
• Printing of payment confirmation and sending to relevant internal and external parties
• Monitor the age analysis for outstanding receipts and resolve
• Keeping a reconciliation of payments loaded and approved for each payment run
