Compiling the Land Freight Transport Survey and the Wholesale Trade Sales Survey which are quarterly surveys covering a sample of private sector enterprises primarily engaged in the conveyance of goods for remuneration in South Africa.

I was responsible for administering the debtor’s collection process, this included setting up the office, training and supervising of staff. I mainly dealt with reconciliation of payments and communications between the offices and authorized bad debts to be written off. I was also involved with the Telkom International debtors programme project, which included the cleanup and investigation of financial irregularities in the billing department.
