B.A.F.E Group LLC. is a startup that builds homes from repurposed shipping containers in Qualified Opportunity Zones in the USA. We are now creating a platform that  allows investors(accredited and non-accredited) worldwide the opportunity to own a fractional share of:The potential profit upon disposition of the homes (principal plus 28% of the profit in proportion to your investment)18% - 28% of the rental/lease income during the holding periodno capital gains on the sale of the assetWe  will require a minimum initial investment of $500 to establish an account and allow voting rights.  You will initially be required to hold your investment for a period of 12 months. At the end of the initial raise, a portion  of the funds will be held in an irrevocable trust, funded by an Indexed Universal Life Policy.  A sample policy illustrating $7M payment with a $50M cash value at the end of 10 years.  Maintaining this trust beyond the 10 years will allow us to establish a floor in our communities. In times like the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, renters would never face eviction. The daily compounding interest would generate enough funds to always maintain our debt service.  The cash value will allow B.A.F.E Group to borrow at our own discretionary rates.  As well as, invest in other endeavors.The primary advantage to building in Qualified Opportunity Zones: NO CAPITAL GAINS AFTER 10 YEARSWe will offer two coins, BAFECAP and BAFE. Only BAFECAP offers no capital gains taxes.  We will tokenize each property.  The coins would increase in value based on the number of homes, resale values and rental incomes.  Our goal is to build a minimum of 1,080 homes over the next 48 months.  The build price for these models will be between $99,874 - $168,200 (1280 sqft - 2048 sqft), resale values will range from $239K - $325K.  All residents are required to pay rent online and encouraged to invest in / use  our coin to pay rent via a B.A.F.E Group credit card.  Giving the community an opportunity to invest in and share in the prosperity.
